Bosch Rexroth Ghana hosted a heartwarming Christmas party at the end of 2023 for its adopted orphanage, Father’s Home Care Ministries, in Takoradi, Ghana.

Prior to the party, the children of the Home received new Sunday clothes, while their caretakers received fabric to create outfits for themselves. The 67 children in the Home attended the party and this was the first time that children from the community were invited. A wide range of snacks and beverages was supplied. Christmas carols filled the air as the children and Bosch Rexroth Ghana staff joined in joyful singing. The party also featured fun-filled soccer matches and playground activities, fostering laughter and camaraderie.

“Seeing the children of the Home and those from the community come together was spectacular. Spirits were high and there was a lot of energy at the event,” says Alex Booth, Regional Manager West Africa, Bosch Rexroth Ghana. “We are happy to have spread the Christmas spirit to a wider community and intend to continue doing what we do: gifting deserving children a festive day full of fun and presents to feel special.”

The Christmas party marked the fourth consecutive year Bosch Rexroth Ghana has supported the orphanage during the festive season. Bosch Rexroth Ghana’s ongoing initiatives for Father’s Home Care Ministries since 2020 exemplify its commitment to supporting vulnerable communities and creating a positive impact in Ghana.

Ghana is one of six countries that Bosch Rexroth Africa operates in.
