Terms of acceptance
Please note that advertisement material is expected before the 5th of the month prior to the month of publication.
The sooner you can advise us regarding the advertisement material you plan to use the better, as we can then ensure that material is placed timeously and therefore correctly.
Your assistance in this regard is greatly appreciated.
NB: Material requirements – Please see the accompanying media pack for advertisement sizes and technical data.
We wish to draw your attention to the fact that cancellations will only be accepted in writing (with the onus of proof resting with the advertiser).
This Must be received by no later than the 1st of the month prior to the month of publication.
If any advertisements are cancelled and not replaced during the course of the contract, a surcharge must be made in accordance with our rate card.
Quarrying Africa accepts no responsibility for advertisements that are supplied without a colour proof.
If material does not reach us on time, Quarrying Africa reserves the right to repeat old advertisement material, or to charge the client for an advertisement without it appearing.

Terms and conditions
Payment is strictly 30 days for direct bookings and 45 days for advertisement agency bookings, from the date of statement.
Interest will be charged at a rate of prime plus 3% per annum on outstanding accounts.
Once confirmed, a cover, modular option and/or special position cannot be cancelled.
