That team is made up of several departments spanning across strategic management, commercial (sales and product development), finance, technical, logistics and administration who ensure the business remains at the forefront the market and its demands.
Pirtek Africa’s team strives to provide a financially stable and supportive head office structure, with readily available product, technical product support and the logistical infrastructure to ensure the needs of its Franchise Centres, OEM customers and partners across greater African are met without compromise.
Whatever the role, the priority is the same. When a centre or customer needs technical guidance on a complex application, head office is there. When a customer needs aftersales follow-up to make sure a repair is holding up under real working conditions, that support is already built into how the business operates. When stock levels need to move fast to meet demand in a new region, the system exists to make it happen.
It is this behind-the-scenes work (often unseen by the customers Pirtek serves) that allows our business’s network to focus on what it does best: getting equipment back into operation, fast!
