At the 2026 Volvo CE Masters World Final, Volvo CE’s global competition where dealer technicians and aftersales professionals put their skills to the test, Region Asia was represented by Torque 360 from Korea Sales & Service and Indonesia Pandawa from PT Indotruck Utama, with Torque 360 finishing second among the 14 teams from 11 countries taking part.

Volvo Construction Equipment (Volvo CE) Region Asia once again demonstrated the strength of its dealer network at the 2026 Volvo CE Masters World Final, held in Eskilstuna, Sweden. The global competition brings together the top-performing dealer aftersales teams from across Volvo CE’s worldwide network to put their technical expertise, teamwork and problem-solving skills to the test.

Torque 360 from Volvo dealer Korea Sales & Service (KSS), South Korea, finished second overall, while Indonesia Pandawa from Volvo dealer PT Indotruck Utama (ITU), Indonesia, also competed against the world’s leading aftersales teams. The two teams earned their places at the World Final after progressing through a qualification process involving dealer teams from around the world.

Held at the Volvo CE Customer Centre from 14-16 September, the World Final brought together 14 teams representing dealers from 11 countries. The teams progressed through a qualification process involving close to 3 000 participants worldwide, making the 2026 edition the largest in Volvo CE Masters’ 35-year history.

Torque 360 faced Golden Boys from Volvo Maszyny Budowlane Poland in the Gold and Silver Final, with the Polish team ultimately claiming the world title. For Region Asia, KSS’s runner-up finish and Indonesia Pandawa’s participation highlighted the technical expertise and commitment of the people supporting Volvo CE customers across the region.

“While each region is represented by two teams at the Volvo CE Masters World Final, KSS’s podium finish in two consecutive competitions shows that its previous victory was no coincidence, but a reflection of the strength and quality of its aftersales service,” says Joakim Arndorw, Head of Region Asia at Volvo CE. “Achieving this level of performance in consecutive competitions is a remarkable accomplishment and demonstrates the technical expertise, problem-solving capabilities and teamwork that underpin the high standards of customer support across our dealer network.”

First held in 1990 as part of the 30th anniversary of Volvo CE Service Training, Volvo CE Masters brings together technicians and aftersales professionals from authorised dealerships worldwide. Reaching the World Final required teams to progress through a demanding global qualification process. The highest-performing dealerships advanced through regional competitions before the top teams from each region earned their place at the World Final in Sweden.

At the World Final, teams tackled practical challenges in diagnosing machine faults, explaining troubleshooting procedures and recommending appropriate solutions. Participants applied their product and technical knowledge while demonstrating effective communication, decision-making and teamwork under pressure. Teams had to work together to reach effective solutions while demonstrating the safety, environmental awareness and quality focus that are essential when supporting customers in the field.

As Volvo CE continues to advance innovation across its products, services and technologies, the expertise of its dealer network remains essential in helping customers optimise performance of their operations. Skilled aftersales professionals help customers navigate evolving technology while maintaining equipment performance and productivity.

For customers in construction, mining and other equipment-intensive industries, reliable aftersales support is critical to maintaining productivity.

By bringing together dealer teams from across the world, Volvo CE Masters provides a platform for collaboration and learning, recognising the people whose expertise supports customers throughout the working life of their machines.

The performances of Torque 360 and Indonesia Pandawa highlighted the high standards found across Volvo CE’s Region Asia dealer network and the expertise of the people who support customers every day.
