Key changes to diesel rebates imminent

After a long review process that started in 2015, the South African Revenue Service (SARS) is fundamentally changing how the diesel rebate system works. Traditionally, diesel refunds were processed through the Value Added Tax (VAT) system, and in future, they will be treated as a standalone Customs and Excise rebate. Making the mark
