This year sees the first appearance of DEVELON, formerly Doosan Construction Equipment, at the Intermat Exhibition from 24 to 27 April 2024 in Paris, France. Develon is marking its Intermat debut with an unrivalled display of new products being seen for the first time at the show.

The new products range from compact equipment such as the DTL35 compact track loader, DD130-7 dozer and DX10Z-7, DX17Z-7, DX27Z-7 and DX85R-7 mini-excavators to the latest version of Develon’s DX530LC-7K 53-tonne crawler excavator.

A large area of the static display section of the Develon stand is dedicated to the company’s new range of compact equipment.

This includes the new DTL35-7, the company’s first compact track loader model. The DTL35-7 boasts impressive features that set it apart from its competitors, including a class-leading engine power of 85,3 kW, making it capable of operating High Flow attachments with ease. With an auxiliary flow rate of 150 lpm and pressure of 280 bar, the DTL35-7 guarantees the highest performance and power on the market.

Visitors can also see Develon’s new DD130-7 dozer model for the first time at Intermat, offering a wide range of features providing a productive fine-grading solution for residential and light commercial construction projects. One of the biggest differences between the DD130-7 and other dozer brands is the visibility the DD130-7 provides of the machine’s dozer blade. To facilitate this, the front engine compartment offers a narrower design to make it easier for operators to see their work.

New Develon mini-excavators being shown for the first time at Intermat include the DX10Z-7 1,16-tonne, DX17Z-7 1,85-tonne, DX27Z-7 2,8-tonne and DX85R-7 8-tonne models. All the new models offer increased performance, optimum stability, additional versatility, enhanced operator comfort, controllability, durability, ease of maintenance and serviceability.

Another Develon mini-excavator being shown for the first time at Intermat is the DX100WR-7 10.7 tonne wheeled mini-excavator, which is equipped with a tiltrotator in the Demonstration area on the stand.

The Develon display of compact equipment also includes the DL80TL-7 compact wheel loader being shown for the first time at Intermat, part of a five-model range of 3,5 to 5-tonne compact wheel loaders now available from the company.

As well as the DL80TL-7, the new compact wheel loader range comprises the DL60-7, DL65-7, DL80-7 and DL85-7 models, together covering a wide range of applications, including construction, agriculture, earthmoving, waste/recycling, rental, builders merchants, landscaping, materials handling, warehousing and general industry.

In the demonstration area of the company’s stand, Develon is presenting the company’s DA30-7 articulated dump truck (ADT) for the first time at Intermat. The DA30-7 ADT has a payload of 28-tonne and is powered by the Scania Stage V compliant DC09 9 litre diesel engine providing 276 kW (375 HP) of power.

As part of the company’s award-winning DL-7 series, Develon’s DL420CVT-7 wheel loader has a fuel-saving Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) and offers a maximum bucket capacity of 4,5 m³. The DL420CVT-7 is equipped with the unique ‘TRANSPARENT BUCKET’ safety system, also being debuted at Intermat. The TRANSPARENT BUCKET is the first safety system of its type to provide a solution to prevent the danger of blind spots in front of the buckets of wheel loaders.

The quarry version of the latest DX530LC-7K 53-tonne crawler excavator is being shown for the first time in the static display on the Develon stand. The DX530LC-7K has a number of new standard and optional features which are also available in the five smaller models with operating weights from 31,5 to 50-tonne, namely the DX300LC-7K, DX350LC-7K, DX380LC-7K, DX420LC-7K and DX490LC-7K crawler excavators.

The main changes are in the cab. Already excelling in spaciousness and ergonomics, the new cab in these models takes operator comfort and ease of operation to the next level. As well as a new high-quality seat, the enhanced cab offers more features as standard than other machines on the market, ensuring super controllability and high precision in all applications.
