Marking a major local production milestone

Having taken over the assembly and distributorship of Powerstar trucks in 2010, Ever Star Industries (ESI) has put the brand on a continuous growth trajectory. One of the latest achievements is the recent milestone of the 10 000th Powerstar truck to roll off the company’s Pietermaritzburg, South Africa assembly plant. First Volvo A50 haulers clock in

Following Babcock’s recent launch of the Volvo New Generation articulated dump trucks (ADTs) in southern Africa, leading mining contractor JCI Mining has taken delivery of the first ten A50 units in the region, deploying them on one of its new projects in Limpopo, South Africa.
