Kleemann is introducing the MOBIREX MR 130 EVO mobile impact crusher, the successor to the successful MR 130 EVO2. The new machine combines lower fuel consumption with high performance and flexibility. Featuring the D-DRIVE drive concept, the MOBIREX MR 130 EVO will initially be available in Europe from early 2027, with other markets to follow.
The MOBIREX MR 130 EVO is a versatile solution that delivers high continuous throughput. Its applications range from recycling concrete, mixed materials and asphalt to processing soft and medium-hard natural rock.
With the optional double-deck post screening unit, the machine can produce up to two final product classes, while the target grain can be divided into two separate material flows. Wind sifters can remove lightweight materials such as wood and plastic from both oversize and medium grain. The swivelling middle grain conveyor can also merge material with fine grain, helping to further improve final product quality.
The updated D-DRIVE diesel direct drive concept, combined with a new-generation engine, improves the MOBIREX MR 130 EVO’s fuel efficiency. All secondary drives, including vibrating chutes and conveyor belts, are electrically powered. A load-dependent fan also helps to reduce noise emissions.
The CFS (Continuous Feed System) monitors crusher and engine utilisation to ensure a continuous flow of material. This helps optimise crusher utilisation, reduce wear and maintain consistently high material quality.
With Kleemann’s intuitive, holistic SPECTIVE operating concept, operators have a range of tools designed to make everyday work easier. SPECTIVE CONNECT supports the digitalisation of the plant directly on the construction site.
Important machine data is transferred to a smartphone or tablet, simplifying reporting. Detailed troubleshooting guides in SPECTIVE CONNECT provide additional support, helping to minimise downtime, increase productivity and improve revenue.
The MOBIREX MR 130 EVO also features fully automatic crusher gap adjustment and zero-point determination. Changing the gap setting is as simple as pressing a button, eliminating the need for time-consuming manual measurements at the machine.
Zero-point determination compensates for wear during crusher start-up and helps ensure a consistent crushing product. Tool-free crusher opening adds further convenience: within just 30 seconds, operators can gain a clear view of the crushing chamber. This enables quick visual inspections and makes blow bar replacement easier.
